Sarah is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker specialising in counselling with people of all genders who have experienced trauma, including domestic and sexual violence and inclusive of treatment of PTSD. Sarah is a current board member of the National Association of Services Against Sexual Violence (Australian peak body for sexual assault) and Embolden (South Australian peak body for domestic and sexual violence). Sarah works extensively with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, loss and grief and work-related stressors and can provide clinical supervision for Social Workers.
Sarah uses a range of therapy approaches including Cognitive Processing Therapy (for treatment of PTSD) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
